Benefits of Reiki

Did you know that reiki is used by over 800 American hospitals? While much of the science behind this eastern medicine practice has yet to be discovered, the research conducted so far is promising. The NIH Center for Complementary and Integrative Medicine recognizes reiki as a safe practice that may have health benefits. Reiki has been studied in the treatment of pain, anxiety, fibromyalgia and more.[1]

You can think of reiki as a massage for the soul. The concept is simple: the practitioner lays their hands on or above the patient to channel energy that promotes the body’s natural ability to heal. It’s a relaxing, non-invasive technique that brings about a sense of peace, calm and harmony in both your body and your life!

While Reiki does have historical spiritual roots, it is not inherently a religious practice. People of all faiths use reiki to bring positive healing energy to their lives when they need it most. Reiki offers a lot of benefits to everyone, especially those with stress or anxiety, or those who seek healing after surgery/cancer treatment.

Come in and try it for yourself. Our expert practitioners look forward to showing you what it is all about!
