A Paid Initial Assessment is a 90-minute, one-on-one intake experience with a hypnosis provider. By the end of this appointment, your provider will be able to present you with a comprehensive, strategic plan to help you reach your desired outcome.

Go to Your Paid Initial Assessment
A 90 minute, comprehensive experience. This is a customized strategic planning meeting with your NoVA practitioner. During the Initial Assessment you will Learn about hypnosis, Experience hypnosis, and make a Plan for your future meetings.
Your practitioner will learn more about you and what dynamics are at play with you. They will also answer any questions you may have about hypnosis or NLP and they will discuss both within the framework of neuroscience.
Your practitioner will also ensure that you have a clear objective for your desired outcome and that this is something that can be met by working together.
With your practitioner, you will be able to experience hypnosis for 10-15 minutes.
That will show the practitioner how you experience and process information through your senses, and that will allow you to experience hypnosis for yourself so you know what to expect.
Through this process, the practitioner will know if hypnosis is a good match for you. They will then be able to make a strategic plan, including:
- How many months you will need
- Which practitioner is the best fit
- What needs to be accomplished during your program
This will allow your practitioner to provide you with a program cost.

Our 90 minute one-on-one Initial Assessments in-office and online provide:
-A Deep and Comprehensive Evaluation
-Sample 15 minute Hypnosis Session
-A Customized Treatment Plan

All of our hypnosis coaching programs are customized to each individual client’s needs so there has historically been large variability in the investment for our customized one-on-one programs.
In the past, our comprehensive hypnosis coaching programs have been offered for as little as $1,995 or as much as $12,995 for more complex cases. This variation represents the choice of provider, choice of conducting appointments face-to-face online or face-to-face in our office, and any additional support that may be requested in-between appointments, as well as any additional discounts or payment plans.
The program length, provider, and the overall level of support that will be recommended during your Initial Assessment depends on the complexity of the issue presented and on your unique needs. We care very much about your success and only want to provide you with exactly the support you need and deserve.

We understand the financial considerations of students and military or law enforcement, so we offer student and military/law enforcement discounts of 10% off of our customized one-on-one programs.
We also truly appreciate word of mouth referrals, and are happy to offer 10% off of customized one-on-one programs if you were referred by a friend or family member, and if you refer a friend or family member and they invest in a customized one-on-one program, we will happily offer you 10% off further work with us as well.
If two or more people sign up together for multiple customized one-on-one programs (e.g. husband and wife, mother/daughter or friends and colleagues) then everyone receives 10% off their individual program right from the start.
NoVA In-House Payment Plans
We generally request that clients complete the payment for their program in advance.
Some find this challenging, and so we also offer payment plans. Should a payment plan be a good fit for you, please discuss this with your provider during your Initial Assessment and they will help you to make a payment plan that fits your needs.
Please note that a convenience fee of 10% is added to payment plans due to higher administrative costs. Additionally, our payment plans are arranged so that your last payment will be made in advance of your last appointment.
PayPal Credit
If the duration of your program is not enough time for you to pay for your program, then we also take PayPal Credit. PayPal Credit allows users to make purchases with 0% interest over a period of 6 months on purchases of $99 and more. To learn more about the PayPal Credit, please click here.
